Casa Refugio is easy to reach

We are located in a location easily accessible by transportation, as well as by all cab services in the city. You can also call us if you have any problems getting to us. We have Concierge service to take your luggage in and out of the hotel.

By Car

These are the indications you will have to follow if you come by car.
  • Follow the GPS directions by car to the city center.
  • Take the road to the parking lot of Hinojo (24 hrs)
  • Access to the parking lot through the Plazuela del Ropero next to the statue of Jorge Negrete (The "Charro Cantor").
  • Walk 100 m to Piazza Mexiamora and cross it until you reach Cueva Caffè.
  • Casa Refugio is located next to Cueva Caffè and in front of Casa de Pita.

By Taxi

This is the fastest and easiest way to get there from the bus station or from the airport.
  • Tell the cab driver to take you downtown to the Main Theater.
  • Walk up the side of the Main Theater
  • Turn left into the first alley (Callejón de las Animas).
  • Immediately turn right onto Callejón de la Cabecita.
  • Casa Refugio is located on the corner of Callejón de la Cabecita and Callejón de la Taza.
  • Casa Refugio is the red house next to Cueva Caffè and in front of Casa de Pita.

By Bus

Urban transportation services leave you very close to Casa Refugio.
  • From the Central Bus Station or any point in the city
  • Take any bus marked Centro
  • Ask the operator to direct you to the Main Theater stop.
  • You can get off at the subway street stop under the Main Theater and walk up the stairs to the Theater.
  • You can also get off at the stop outside the theater.
  • Walk up the side of the Main Theater
  • Turn left into the first alley (Callejón de las Ánimas).
  • Immediately turn right onto Callejón de la Cabecita.
  • Casa Refugio is the red house next to Cueva Caffè and in front of Casa de Pita.
